I like the fact you give tips on how to start slow and that way I don’t have to spend $20-40 on a binder at the start. I never thought of re-using envelopes to begin with. This way I can start saving right away and then save up to buy the big binder.. But, you keep all of the flyers? I am not sure what for… because I would think you would want to put all of the coupons into your book?

You can do it either way with your coupons. I personally find it easier to just file away my coupons until I get ready for a shopping trip. Then I simply look at my matchups and clip the coupons I need from my inserts. It’s a big time saver. The only downside would be not having all of your coupons if you find a great unadvertised or clearance deal while you are shopping.

I actually don’t get a ton of inserts. Some weeks I get none, others I may pick up 5! If you have a Dollar Tree around you, check there Sunday morning. They have newspapers for $1 each. Also, check out places like Starbucks where they have newspaper for you to read in the store- you can grab the inserts out of there. (I always ask before I do it, and there’s always fine with it- less of a mess for them to clean up since they get tossed back in the bin!)

I’ve looked and must have missed. What are your 10 labels in your binder? I’ve been using plastic quart size bags with Personal, Food, House, and Give away. I’m ready to upgrade….tired of flipping the coupons in store and dropping them. LOL! Great organizations and SIMPLE!!!!!!! Thanks!
