Recently, I got a call from a friend of mine while I was on my way home. She told me, she was on the phone with someone claiming to be from Microsoft and calling from the UK. The person was saying that her PC was getting hacked and she needs to get log on right now and let her fix it. My friend, not being a technical person, was suspicious but didn’t know how to react, so I told her to get the name and phone number and let her know that she will call her back.
